TBC --The hardest pro tour stage race in the world, in the most beautiful country in the world. After the Grand Departure in Budapest (Hungary), the first week of the Giro will be soon very demanding taking the riders across the hilly Island of Sicliy, including the very first mountain stage finishing on top of the Etna Volcano at 2300m!
But not only we will have some great riding following the race, we will also explore the fascinating island with its greek and roman heritage, fantastic food and wine and breathtaking views!
Come and watch this incredible race and go “inside the Giro” with our founders Simon Clarke and Andrea Nicosia, who has worn the Maglia Rosa and will show you the race like no one else can.

WHO WOULD ENJOY THIS EXPERIENCE?
The experience is built for all riders able to ride for 4-5 hours. This is not a race or high intensity riding, but rather a true epic cycling Experience into the exciting atmosphere of the Giro D’Italia and its legendary cols.
We will ride as a group on the rolling terrain and as individuals or small groups on the climbs, so that everyone will enjoy the ride.
On top of each major climb we will regroup to watch the pro peloton suffering, and then enjoy the descent together. As a team, we’ll support each other during the ride and make sure everyone finishes safe and happy!
All cyclists interested in cycling races, legendary climbs, and magnificent scenery will enjoy this incredible experience!

The descents are generally technical but well-paved and safe. There will be some rolling terrain as well, but honestly not much!

TOUR ITINERARY
Day One, Mon. 11th – Agrigento Warm-up Ride
Main Route: 50km; 30mi | Total Ascent: 1000m; 3300ft
Easy Spin around thecourse. This is a chance to ease out any jet lag and become accustomed to the European time zone, but also to explore the historical heritage of Agrigento with its incredible Greek Acropolis.
Day Two, Tue. 12th – Agrigento loop on Giro Stage 4
Main Route: 70km; 45mi | Total Ascent: 1000m; 3300ft
After a nice warm up on some quiet roads we will take our time to climb up along the race course. We will then close the loop in Agrigento in time for the race finish!
Day Three, Wed. 13th – Agrigento to Taormina-Etna Giro Stage 5
Main Route: 75km; 46mi | Total Ascent: 1500m; 4700ft
Today we will leave Agrigento by bus and move closer to the Etna Volcano. We will then climb to the summit on the same road ahead of the peloton to watch the final kilometers live! The first summit finish of the Giro is always super exciting and the atmosphere of the Etna Volcano will be almost unreal! After the race, we will ride down on the coast to Taormina!
Day Four, Thu. 14th – Taormina loop Giro stage 6
Main Route: 65km; 40mi | Total Ascent: 800m; 3000ft
Today we will take it easy and ride up to the first col of the stage and then ride back to enjoy the beautiful beach of Taormina…and the final of the stage on TV!
Day Five, Fri. 15th – Taormina to Catania
Main Route: 55km; 37mi | Total Ascent: 600m; 1900ft
The Giro will leave the island and move north into Calabria, but we will stay one extra day here to ride into Catania, a beautiful and vibrant city at the foothills of Etna Volcano. Enjoy some Granita and superb coffee!
Day Six, Sat. 16th – Catania
